Job Description:

  • Process ticketing information in the CA Service Desk system
  • Provides phone support to remote users. Assisting with Trails issues
  • System software support addressing Citrix, print and other issues
  • Categorize and Report on ticket status
  • Child Welfare Trails System Ticket Triage, assignment and resolution
