The Service Delivery Manager - Security role at Expedia Group is a role that showcases your security expertise and allows you to impact the adoption of premier security practices and policies. It is the only role in Expedia that focuses on supporting each of our brands as an advocate for all Expedia Group security initiatives. This role is integral to establishing and supporting a global security architecture that answers the demands of securing a transactional platform that supports $99 billion worth of bookings a year.


What you will do

  • Identify gaps and reach a successful resolution of problems which result in measurable vulnerability reduction
  • You'll be a trusted source who demonstrates the value of the adoption of security policies and practices through responsive engagement of the right people at the right time
  • Within Expedia Risk and Security, you will be entrusted with this single point of contact role that handles the service delivery relationship with the Brands
  • You will meet with the Expedia Group Brands regularly and provide reports, analysis and steps to support compliance and security posture improvement



Who you are

  • You are experienced in engaging and persuading teams to accept and participate in best-in-class security architecture and operations
  • Data driven, you are able to analyze data needed to effectively measure progress against the execution of objectives
  • You successfully convey technical information in an understandable way that generates results
  • A troubleshooter who proactively removes roadblocks and pursues solutions to problems that stand in the way of vulnerability reduction
  • You value and develop trusted relationships at every operational level
