Our client is a leader in the CRM, Customer Experience & Mar-Tech Software space and are in "Hyper-growth mode!"- They just received another round of funding and are in desperate need of a Tier 1 Service Delivery Manager/Director to take charge of their implementations!

They have historically focused on Mid-market, but their products have been very well received by Enterprise companies as well. In the last 6 months they have closed some (15) large Enterprise customers like Disney, TD Bank, etc..

We are looking for Service Delivery Managers/Directors from companies like: Aprimo, SAP Hybris, Salesforce, Oracle CX, SAS, Workfront, or Any MarTech or CRM or other Customer Experience (CX) player.

Position Overview:

• Mar-Tech/CRM/CX implementation experience- Anyone from a MarTech CX or CRM company (Salesforce, Oracle ( NetSuite), SAP, Zendesk, etc.)
• Understands Finance and Marketing Process.
• Experience in Change Management
• Significant Enterprise Solutions Experience in CRM, CX or MarTech space . Will lead multiple large, complex projects.
• C-level executive presence. Highly articulate with C-level acumen. Will lead the Technology discussions

What the Role is all about:

• As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will supervise the implementation projects of our marketing software for new and existing customers in North America.
• You will be interacting with mid to senior-level marketing executives.
• From the analysis of the customer processes and their mapping in our software solution to the support of the implementation and customizing of our products, you implement projects based on our Best Practice implementation "Smart Launch".
• You will coordinate tasks, conduct coordination meetings and workshops to ensure that the introduction is a success for both the customer and the organization.
• Overall architecture, strategic direction, and approach will be the Senior Solution Consultant responsibility to ensure a flawless execution.

Location: Any Major Metro Area (Virtual) in the US or Canada

Base Compensation: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 Base - Depending on Experience

On-Target-Earnings: $180,000.00 - $225,000.00 + Bonus
