In addition, we help our clients transform theirapplication services environment to overcome the growing IT complexitychallenges and address digital needs.

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for a largeData management portfolio for Retirement Services. This portfolio comprises ofETL and Data support and includes maintenance and transformation of theexisting portfolio.

A strong relationship and regular in person communicationwith our partner is critical, therefore interested prospects will residelocally to Windsor, CT and in daily commuting distance to our client, or bewilling to relocate.
Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the steady state operations support for the portfolio
  • Run the meetings with the Customer manager and other Portfolio clients
  • Develop and implement a portfolio transformation and optimization plan
  • Handle the financials for this portfolio
  • Understand and implement the transition of new applications from Application development to Application maintenance
  • Deliver weekly/Monthly / Quarterly management reports as per the contractual commitments
  • Create and manage the Service improvement plans where applicable
  • Create productivity improvement plans and implement the plans as per the schedule committed to the leadership



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 10 years\u2019 professional experience.
  • Superb interpersonal skills. There are multiple key partners \u2013 internal and external. Your ability to work with them is key to this engagement.
  • Understanding of Application and Infrastructure Services.
  • Experience working in large/complex application management engagements, including maintenance and transformation services, spanning multiple competency groups and regions highly desired.
  • Proficiency in ITIL \u2013 including Incident Management, Problem, Configuration Management, Demand Management etc
  • Skilled in mentoring and leading high performing teams
  • Experienced in leading and owning critical customer communications, including regular status reviews, to ensure effective delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Analytics technologies with hands on experience in executing DWBI Projects
  • Exposure to Data and Cloud platforms and related technologies
