Scope: The Service Delivery Lead reports directly to the IT Director. They supervise third parties that provide IT services for the organization. They currently uses service providers to perform IT helpdesk, level 1 and level 2 support, endpoint licensing, patching and configuration management, security monitoring and alerting, and incident management.

The Service Delivery Manager is also responsible for managing contracts with general cloud service providers, such as Microsoft Azure. Additional services may be outsourced in future. Outsourced telecommunications services are currently excluded from this role, although this may change in future.
