Service Delivery Analyst - 1

  • RESPONSIBILITIES


    •Manages project schedules to ensure timelines and deliverables are met; notifies Team Leader/Manager or client if timelines are in jeopardy


    •Manage administrative and case management issues as well as data processing


    •Use our sophisticated database of tools to set up client’s healthcare  and group benefitsdatabase; define fields, import data, design screens, and create queries and reports


    •Interprets requirements documents and then facilitates ad hoc custom reporting request from clients, carriers and internal partners on a daily basis.  


    •Uses internaltechnical tools to manipulate and present data that meets custom specifications; defines data fields, imports data, designs screens and creates queries and reports from clients, carriers and internal partners on a daily basis.  


    •Utilizes internaltechnical tools to manipulate and present data that meets custom specifications; defines data fields, imports data, design screens and create queries and reports.


    •Meets with clients and otherinternal/external teams to define project scope and objectives, prepares work plans documenting project’s requirements and reviews with client(s).


    •Tests and analyzes system configuration against requirement documents during implementation and ongoing administration.  



    QUALIFICATIONS


    •BA/BSpreferred


    •3+ years’ industry experience in Healthcare administration


    •Experience in specific domains of HR administration (Benefits, Pension Plans and Healthcare & Group Benefits) is preferred


    •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously


    •Proficient with Microsoft Access, Excel and Word


    •Strong oral and written communication skills


    •Experience with prior software implementation and training desired


    •Good analytical skills


    •Ability to work within a team environment


    •Strong self-starter, fast learner, quality conscious, committed to deadlines


    •Strong attention to detail


    •Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


    •Additional CEBS coursework preferred




    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


    1. BA/BSpreferred
    2. 3+ years’ industry experience in Healthcare administration
    3. Experience in specific domains of HR administration (Benefits, Pension Plans and Healthcare & Group Benefits) is preferred
