Scope, develop, test and deliver complex custom Workday reports, dashboards and scorecards utilizing standard Workday report writing tools, including the development of report requirements for custom reports requiring more advanced tools such as BIRT
Identify opportunities to shape and realize potential of HR & Data analytics, develop plan and lead or participate on implementation to achieve business outcomes
Leverage subject matter expertise in data and analytics, to assist in developing and strengthening this capability across HR functions.
Monitor Workday releases related to reporting and analytics, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated, and communicating appropriately.
Develop and sustain Data Management activities to maintain reliable data and enable scalable reporting solutions (e.g. help set data governance standards, including data audits, data cleanup strategy, the creation of cleanup tools (EIBs, etc.), and manual cleanup work.)
What we hope you will bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Master's degree preferred.
5 or more years of experience and knowledge in the HRIS , including background/education in Human Resources Management, Economics, Statistics, or related business field.
Workday Reporting expertise required with demonstrable skills with calculated fields and different report types, Advanced, Matrix, Composite, trended, BIRT, search and transposed reports.
Workday Certified Reporting Pro preferred and experience with Workday Prism Analytics strongly preferred but not required.
Experience with Tableau, Qlik, and survey platforms such as Qualtrics preferred
Familiarity with statistical programming languages such as SPSS or R preferred.
Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience working with diverse teams highly desired.
