Overview


As a key member of the Global Digital Center Marketing team, the Senior Website Marketing Manager will thrive in a fast paced, high-energy environment. You will play a key role in owning the web strategy and design, leverage your communication, project management, and technical skills to build exceptional experiences for website visitors. To be successful in this role, you will have deep expertise in delivering persona-based web experiences with additional expertise in conversion rate optimization and a strong “design eye”.  You will work closely with the digital, design, content marketing, and web development teams to deliver and report on business results.

What you'll do

  • Strategy: Collaborate with senior members across the organization to build and own the marketing website strategy, ensuring we meet global business strategies
  • Own and build a best-in-class website: Understand latest modern web design trends, what makes other websites great, and how to execute compelling visual user experiences
  • Project Management: Drive strategy, management and execution of web conversion optimization efforts from conception to completion
  • Work across digital, design, and development teams to build webpages and own performance goals across the website
  • Performance: Audit, monitor and address business performance of the website
  • Draw conclusions from the data in order to report on the website's business health and improve any performance issues
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Measure, evaluate and report on all aspects of web performance including experiments, metrics, timelines, and outcomes
  • Create a testing framework and cadence to ensure continued high-quality web best practices are met
  • Recommend, implement, and optimize testing and web optimization tools and technologies
  • Manage: Lead, build and motivate a team responsible for web development, Q/A, and production

Who you are

  • 7-10+ years of web marketing, managing web development, or conversion rate optimization
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills to promptly resolve issues and navigate obstacles
  • A solid understanding of marketing and B2B customer journeys, personas, messaging, and positioning
  • Demonstrated record of success in building and driving growth via persona-based web experiences
  • Proven track record of managing and executing large number of web projects integrated with other channels, involving many stakeholders and agencies, and defined KPIs
  • Motivated to explore new ways to improve our digital channels productivity, stakeholder engagement efficiency, and user experience ROI
  • Proven ability to build and execute testing framework
  • The skill of “influence without authority” - working cross functionally and aligning goals to get things done
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, search engine optimization (SEO), technical SEO, and tracking codes required
  • Strong understanding of design and engineering sprints (Agile Methodology)
  • Strong understanding of UX, design, analytics testing, and information architecture
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Essential open source CMS management skills (ie: Wordpress)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a technical field
