Job Purpose:

In a strategic capacity, this senior leadership role is accountable for developing and delivering new analytics products and building and maintaining data solutions for AdvantEdge Analytics customers.

Job Responsibilities:

In a Senior Leadership capacity, this role is accountable for strategic oversight of the following functions:

  • Product development – Develop and support delivery and implementation of AeA products per business/ product strategy. Solicit and refine products based on customer feedback and support issues.
  • Product management – develop product vision and roadmap informed by customer needs, competitive offerings and available resources
  • Platform & Technology – Develop platform and related connectivity and core infrastructure to support CU data warehousing solutions. On-board new customers and maintain service levels. Ensure products security (cyber) and regulatory compliance
  • Analytics – Refine and develop new analytical models and maintain models in model factory
  • Visualization - Prioritize and develop visualization (RPM) packages to support executive transparency and decisions
  • Data Management – develop data strategy and data maintenance services. Build third party data alliances
  • CUNA Mutual Group Support – serve internal CMG businesses with data/ analytics services and support. Help identify and prioritize data/ analytics use cases to support and grow the business and ensure high service and satisfaction levels

Job Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent related professional work experience  
  • 15+ years’ professional experience including significant leadership experience
  • Broad knowledge of credit union industry
  • Demonstrated ability to consult with executive management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute value-added strategies to support the near-term and long-term goals of the business
  • Strong Data Integration, Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence program development and implementation
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with both business and technology representatives, with a strong understand of business data requirements and technology capabilities
  • A strategic thinker with excellent consensus-building capabilities, and superior leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to help an organization achieve increased sales
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead, coach and motivate others
  • Demonstrated relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks from various sources
