Proven experience leading software development, QA, and IT infrastructure teams ranging from 10-25+ people in size.
Proven ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to executives and generate conceptual buy-in from IT leadership.
Strong analytical skills and strategic business management savvy.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with desire and/or experience mentoring group directors and team leads.
Creative thinking ability and tactical planning skills.
Top notch problem solving skills and a sense of urgency.
Time management, and a proven track record of successfully completing large scale projects.
Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
