This role will report to the Co-Founder and Partner of Sage Restaurant Group as well as collaborating with our SRG corporate team, hotel operations senior leadership and property leadership that take pride in excellence of their properties.

Your success will be measured by your ability to:

• Drive innovation while maximizing revenue opportunities

• Maintain standard operating procedures, company policies, specifications, programs and initiatives relating to all revenues across the company

• Elevate the guest’s experience in all operations

• Develop internal talent, drive leadership and employer brand for SRG

The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience in multi-unit operations within independent restaurants, possess a polished and professional demeanor where s/he can make professional and relevant business presentations, strong business and financial acumen, extensive success building successful teams, and is familiar with cutting edge operation techniques that drive performance. Possessing a Bachelor’s degree or above is a must.

Develops and operates cost effective operations for corporate, revenue and profit-generating food and beverage needs which meets and exceeds guest expectations through the delivery of high quality food, beverages and service in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. He/she has overall Corporate service responsibility for all aspects of these operations; in particular as related to sales, growth of the businesses, and the development of people.

Expert knowledge of restaurant equipment and facility repair issues.

Working knowledge of all relevant computer software systems. These include: -Aloha and Infogenesis POS, Open Table Reservation/Table Management systems, Microsoft Office, Compeat, Website SEO and maintenance, All E-commerce and marketing avenues and channels,
