Who is Telecare:
We are an organization that makes a difference in people’s lives every day. We have more than 3,600 committed employees serving people with Serious Mental Illness at 100+ program locations in seven states. At Telecare, we strive for excellence in providing services that help people recover their health, hopes and dreams. Through our multiple program types and levels of care, we provide an array of behavioral health services to adolescents, transition aged youth, adults and older adults, many of whom also live with complex needs related to co-morbid substance use, chronic health conditions, criminal justice backgrounds, and homelessness. How do we accomplish these things? We partner with public sector entities and private systems of care to develop programs for people with complex needs. And we are growing all the time, we experienced a 12% growth in just the past year.
We are not new to the world of mental health. Telecare has been in this business since 1965. Our leader, Anne Bakar is furthering her father’s vision to help people with serious mental illness live their fullest lives in recovery. What you will do:
You will effectively lead teams including employee relations/legal, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, HRIS, training, organizational development, and safety and workers compensation. Supporting Telecare’s growth, you will employ excellent employee best- practices and benefit offerings that lead to an engaged workforce, attracting and retaining the best in the industry, positioning Telecare as one of the best places to work. As an industry thought leader you will share employment related ideas. You will be responsible for establishing systems to do the work of HR and hold people accountable. You will ensure that Telecare is compliant with all regulatory bodies. You will do all of these things while seeking and valuing input and feedback from others.
