Overview:  In North America, HRPS is based in Tampa, FL and delivers a full range of HR services to the majority of Citi employees.  The scope of work for the Compensation Sr. Manager  includes management of a team of compensation analysts  who are aligned across businesses (ICG, Consumer, EO&T, GF) and provide compensation operational support to Compensation Advisors and and HR Generalists. In addition, this role is also responsible for leading and implementing global compensation initiatives and projects while fostering adoption of efficient and common practices, systems and technology solutions.  The position reports into the Head of HR Professional Services.
Lead a team of 17 analysts that support global and/or domestic businesses for Citi and ensure planning of HRPS resources against business needs.
Partner with multiple global and regional Compensation Heads to deliver all aspects of operational compensation including incentive pool  and merit pool modeling, market pricing and analysis, compensation and market data systems administration, Job leveling, FLSA reviews, annual compensation cycle, offer consultations, job data audits and clean ups
 Manage successful implementation of the HR/comp strategy by being a trusted partner with the Compensation Advisor teams and other key stakeholders.
Participate in/Lead global change initiatives critical to transformation efforts for the compensation function. Examples of initiatives  include implementation of a new market data system, creation of salary structure, redesign of the job leveling parameters, creation of automated tools and decommissioning of offline databases.
Identify key comp issues and trends with short and long range impact to the business, foster consensus amongst Sr Compensation Advisors on decision making to align comp initiatives across business lines.
Create operational efficiency by identifying streamlining opportunities and influence global and regional compensation heads to adopt and implement.
Continue to evaluate HRPS Operating Model for maximum efficiency and standardization. Evaluate the type of work being performed to identify additional areas of work appropriate to transition to HRPS. Manage the migration and set-up of new work to HRPS Comp
