Job Description

This is a full-time, hybrid (3 days a week on-site) position at either our Northbrook, IL or Chicago, IL offices.
  • Prepare and maintain global transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files) and supporting analyses in accordance with OECD, U.S., and local country requirements.
  • Perform economic analyses including benchmarking studies and selection and application of appropriate transfer pricing methods.
  • Assist with Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) requirements, including data gathering, validation, and support to complete the CbC report .
  • Collaborate with local country finance team members and external service providers on local country TP related filings.
  • Support OECD Pillar Two workstreams, including Pillar 2 computations, reporting and compliance
  • Support transfer pricing planning initiatives led my senior management through project management, modeling, liaising with various stakeholders (i.e. performing functional interviews), etc.
  • Perform intercompany calculations and true-ups as part of the interim and annual tax provision process.
  • Support the drafting, review, execution and alignment of intercompany agreements with transfer pricing policies and operational activities.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports for management regarding transfer pricing positions, financial impacts, and compliance status.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in transfer pricing documentation, data collection, and analysis.
  • Monitor changes in global transfer pricing regulations (OECD, U.S., local country) and assess implications for the company's policies and documentation.
  • Assist with responses to tax authority inquiries and audits related to transfer pricing.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders on transfer pricing matters.
  • Perform other duties including research of TP matters and support for ad-hoc transfer pricing modeling.


Qualifications

  • University Degree (Equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree) in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Minimum two years of hands-on experience in transfer pricing (in-house or public accounting/consulting).
  • Strong understanding of OECD transfer pricing guidelines, U.S. and international transfer pricing regulations, and global compliance requirements.
  • Experience conducting benchmarking studies using databases (e.g., Orbis/BvD).
  • Experience preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local File, intercompany agreements).
  • Familiarity with Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Pillar Two requirements.
  • Proficient technology (excel, ppt, etc.) and modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in data queries, data management, data analysis tools such as Alteryx, accounting systems, and other data sources desired.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can work independently as well as in a team.


Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $82,000 to $105,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
