The Global ABO Learning Solutions team works very closely with global Amway Business Owners (ABO’s), and is laser focused on helping them bring more buyers to their business. This small but mighty team, helps our global ABO’s better promote our amazing products and brands by providing marketing tools, learning curriculums, and social media training & support with content that focuses on selling skills regardless of the business situation they may encounter. On this team, you will build close partnerships with ABO’s around the world and will find gratification from helping them meet their goals and achieve their dreams. Your work will be focused on our ABO’s doing business with an emphasis on understanding the characteristics of selling as well as how to apply those same skill to their customer conversations. This is a role for someone who has led selling initiatives in a business setting, and now wants to share their expertise on a broader platform!
What is special about this role:
This role is special because it will have you working directly with Amway Business Owners (ABO’s) around the globe as well as many of the cross functional teams at both the Corporate and Affiliate Market locations. Your expertise in sales training, and how sales/selling can directly affect business drivers, will be key to this role. You will be tasked with creating and developing sales/selling content that our ABO’s can use in promoting both our business opportunity and our products and brands, both of which will impact their business growth and performance. If you have a finger on the pulse of selling, and the business acumen to lead key business initiatives, this role will be a great fit! This exciting role may also involve global travel up to 20%.
What skills and background will be important to be successful:
Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in Sales Training, Business and/or Marketing with focus on selling and/or product brand sales promotions
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate key messages to ABO’s simply and concisely, allowing application for adoption of sales messages into current business practices
Instructional Design capabilities that focus on bringing together both online and offline communities into one business environment for our ABOs.
Ability and comfort to speak to groups, or provide training content
Demonstrated background working with global collaborative teams desirable
Ability to travel (up to 20%) to our international markets
BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
