Role will align closely with Contact Center Center & Voice Technology CCVT Leaders who are engaged with the respective vendors and own the technology solutions. This will be the point person for managing all support mechanics of the vendor relationship on behalf of CCVT and working with support partners. Primary interface between CCVT, Tech Sourcing and Vendor Management. Coordinate all Risk activities across CCVT and will lead the CCVT Risk Forum.

Works with partners to develop and drive technology solutions and business case development across functional groups or within a business domain. The role requires strong technical skills and ability to provide technical leadership as a proactive and strategic business partner in the development of functional or cross-functional objectives, technology solutions and innovative strategies for groups managed in an IT environment striving to meet current and anticipated business objectives.
