Position Summary

Role will align closely with Contact Center Center & Voice Technology CCVT Leaders who are engaged with the respective vendors and own the technology solutions. This will be the point person for managing all support mechanics of the vendor relationship on behalf of CCVT and working with support partners. Primary interface between CCVT, Tech Sourcing and Vendor Management. Coordinate all Risk activities across CCVT and will lead the CCVT Risk Forum.

Required Skills

  • Deep understanding of software requirements, domain expertise, and vendor landscape for Contact Center & Voice Technology
  • 3 or more years leadership experience in the Contact Center & Voice Technology business
  • Strong communication skills; ability to convey information in a clear, concise and logical manner with an eye for details and the ability to adapt tone and style based on the audience
  • Ability to influence across the organization, across Senior Executives and with key partners including: Legal, Compliance and Operational Risk and Audit
  • Attention to detail and ability to hold others accountable without direct supervision
  • Ability to adjust and react with optimism and professionalism-solution oriented
  • Able to work in fast-paced, multi-priority environment
  • Strong decision making ability

Enterprise Role Description

Owns and manages a component of a portfolio of technology-driven initiatives for a single business unit/LOB partner that have significant and strategic impact involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrixes partners. Typically aligned to a component of a business domain where responsible for management of a client / business area in a component of its information technology-related activities. Accountable for the creation and development of technology solutions appropriate to business needs and objectives, and oversees implementation of programs, projects or processes. Works with partners to develop and drive technology solutions and business case development across functional groups or within a business domain. The role requires strong technical skills and ability to provide technical leadership as a proactive and strategic business partner in the development of functional or cross-functional objectives, technology solutions and innovative strategies for groups managed in an IT environment striving to meet current and anticipated business objectives. May or may not manage employees.
