Reporting to our Recruiting Manager, the Sr. Technical Recruiter will be a part of our Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for sourcing, recruitment, interviewing and placement functions for IT positions with our base of clients throughout the US on a contract, project recruiting, contract-to-hire and Direct Hire basis.  You will also recruit and source for internal Corporate positions, which includes technical, sales, customer service, admin and management role. (Internal & external recruiting). This is full Lifecycle recruiting role, including HR functions and employee relations.

Job Requirements

Candidate should have 3+ years in a recent technical recruitment function

Candidate needs to have a HIGH sense of urgency and should possess experience in recruitment of ALL levels of IT -- from Help Desk, Engineers, Deployment projects, Developers, PM's, DBA's, etc.  

 

Staffing/Recruiting industry recruiting is a plus.  

Recruiting in other functions such as sales, customer service, mgmt, and admin roles

Ability to coach & mentor alongside the others as needed

 

Good understanding of HR functions and policies

Professional communication and written skills

 

Various ATS experience & Social Media recruitment
