Leidos Intelligence Group is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide Tier 2, 3 and 4 support. The position requires a driven, self-starter with a customer service mindset willing to provide solutions to the customer with minimal downtime. Previous experience should revolve around supporting printers or field support services.
This position requires a current and active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance. We do not have the ability to sponsor candidates for clearance processing.Primary Responsibilities
- Provides technical support and customer service to the organization's users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes)
- Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures; may be located within a call center.
- Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems.
- Maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems.
- Works independently, receives minimal guidance.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own area and general knowledge of related areas.
- Has knowledge and executes of best practices utilizing excellent oral and communication skills. Must be able to explains complex concepts in simple terms.
- Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects and provide or coordinate solutions with other teammates.
- Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies.
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
- BA/BS Degree and 4+ years of IT experience
- Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Experience should be focused on supporting printers and/or field support services
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with System Administrator rights on client IT system
- Security + certification
Pay Range:Pay Range $105,300.00 - $190,350.00
