When hired as Senior Technical Project Manager, your primary focus will be to provide day-to-day management of system or solution projects including risk management, stakeholder communications, and interdependencies between projects or programs. Additionally, create, monitor and provide ongoing communication to appropriate stakeholders, manage interdependencies or dependencies between projects or programs, develop detailed project plans and manage technical project process documentation and fact sheets. As a people manager you will direct the work efforts and results of a team of associates. Develop team goals and manage them for results, develop associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planning.
