The Alexa Skills Kit Team is revolutionizing the way developers design, develop and launch experiences for customers.

We are looking for a talented and experienced technical leader to lead our global launches. As a Senior TPM, you will be working with leaders across several groups in Amazon to lead the global execution of the Alexa Skills Kit across all Alexa enabled devices. In this team, you will be presented with a unique combination of challenges involved with enabling an end to end customer experience that involves speech recognition, NLU, search, recommendations and development globally. You'll have the freedom (and encouragement) to experiment, improve, invent, and innovate on behalf of our customers.

You will play a critical role in shaping the product & technical vision for the Alexa Skills Kit on Alexa, working closely with leadership on a regular basis to deliver technology that has big impact for Alexa and its' customers.


· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

· Experience working with software engineering and product teams

· 3+ years experience with a strong track record of delivering complex technical projects.

· Experience in communicating with end users, technical & business teams to collect requirements, describe product features, and technical designs.


· Strong design, architecture, and problem solving skills.

· Academic and/or industry experience with one of more of the following domains (or related fields): internationalization of systems, SDKs and/or cloud based services.

· Experience building complex software systems that have been iteratively built & successfully delivered to customers at scale.

· Experience with Agile development methodology.

· Proficiency in object-oriented systems design, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis

· Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.
