The ISG organization works in partnership with data clients across all ICG business lines, deploying solutions to increase their competitiveness, through restructuring business processes, simplifying information access, and providing business intelligence around critical dataThe project management team is responsible for managing projects that include but not limited to foundational product & pricing coverage extensions & integrations with applications with Front, Middle and Back office systems.  This will involve communication with multiple teams, managing complex dependencies, collecting and packaging status reporting covering cross functional areas.Responsibilities:

  • Manage a execution and support plan around MIFID, BREXIT and Private Bank integrations with Security Master
  • Prepare status reports for working group, steering committee and executives.
  • Create a communication plan around projects to ensure stakeholders have complete transparency around deliverables
  • Work closely with execution, operations and stakeholders to plan project deliverables and milestones
  • Structure processes to collect all CITI mandate project documentation.
  • Prepare PTS-W engagement forms, Feature lists for each iteration & maintain delivery and testing sign offs
  • Manage junior resources in remote locations


Qualifications


Required Skills:

  • College degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Data Oriented with an excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with Project Management on large programs
  • Experienced in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Experience working closely with IT and development teams
  • Ability to put together senior management presentation material
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Visio and Project
  • Strong teamwork skills in a small local setting, as well as across different geographic locations
  • Must possess good communication skills with the ability to be assertive
  • Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure
  • Good understanding of financial instruments
  • Experience in project in a securities operations environment
  • Strong background in reference data with a focus on securities and pricing
  • Practical experience with OTC derivative instruments e.g. swaps
  • Practical experience with FATCA and Volcker programs

Preferred Skill:

  • Project Management certification
