-Eight Plus (8+) years of progressive experience in talent development and/or organization development 

-Developing and/or managing leadership and management programs aligned with overarching organization development objectives 

-Consulting with clients at all levels (from staff to senior leadership) across the organization to understand underlying issues and to define performance and business objectives 

-Identifying talent development/skill building solutions that meet the clients goals and business objectives 

-Facilitating interventions (e.g., talent development, learning programs) in a credible, influential, logical, and engaging manner appropriate to the audience and the subject matter 

-Providing direction and leadership for new and existing large-scale talent development/learning programs across a complex matrixed organization 

-Driving complex, medium to large scale initiatives with sponsors, key stakeholders, and team members 

-Using strong project management/leadership to drive initiatives from conception to evaluation 

-Using multiple instructional design options and learning methodologies (e.g., classroom, online, blended, distance learning methods) leading to creative and innovative solutions 

-Networking with external companies and vendors to stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and solutions 

-Putting leading industry practices and solutions in the areas of technology-based learning and systems into practice to solve business and learning needs 

-Leading design, development, and project management of mobile and othertechnology-based learning solutions 

-Analyzing data, synthesizing themes and trends, and summarizing and presenting data in formats appropriate for the audience
