Senior Talent Development Consultant - Kansas City or St. Louis (Full Time)
The Talent Development Consultant partners with Talent Management, business leaders and their teams and supports company-wide projects and initiatives. This role will focus on sustaining and shaping Commerce Culture throughout the organization. As part of the Talent Development team within the overall Talent Management structure, this person will also play an active or supporting role in consulting, project management, talent development, learning and/or strategy and succession planning.

A bachelor’s degree required
A master’s degree preferred
5+ years experience in Organizational/Talent Development or related field with demonstrated capability in:
•Facilitating various development programs, crucial conversations and strategic meetings for all levels throughout the organization
•Coaching high level employees/leaders
•Instructional design techniques
•Consulting for team effectiveness and ability to manage complex projects
•Using various assessment tools and in coaching mid and senior level leaders. Certifications/Experience in MBTI, Crucial Conversations, 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, Situational Leadership, and Korn Ferry 360 are preferred
•Managing confidential and sensitive information or situations (across all levels)
•Implementing initiatives/strategy at the organizational level
•Talent Development and Leadership models and approaches.
•Managing and executing on projects and events in support of culture initiatives (knowledge of Senn Delaney culture-shaping process preferred)
