So we can continue to help others love how they live in moments that matter, the iconic brand is looking for a driven and passionate professional to raise the bar and join our Human Resources department as a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, located in our Northbrook, IL corporate office.

  • Design, create and implement innovative recruitment strategies, programs and initiatives, in partnership with business leaders, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Develop and implement Talent Acquisition Standard Operating Procedures ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and initiatives.
  • Pipeline and hire for critical talent pools across the company.
  • Act as a liaison between the candidate and management during the interview and selection process.
  • Guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment life-cycle, making hiring recommendations.
  • Consult with the business regarding recruiting trends, specific business intelligence and various recruiting activities.
  • Lead, organize, and document post-interview debrief/feedback sessions with interview teams and candidates.
  • Educate and coach managers on behavioral interviewing techniques and process.
  • Coach and/or mentor indirect reports in all aspects of Talent Acquisition to encourage professional growth.
  • Administer job postingprocesses aligned with existing succession and other career development programs.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Manage and implement talent acquisition and recruiting initiatives to meet business needs.
  • Extend and negotiate offers, within provided ranges.
  • Adhere to selection standards and recommend improvements and innovations, developing behavioral based interviewing techniques to align with competencies.
  • Develop and review recruitment strategy to source qualified candidates utilizing creative and cost-effective methods and techniques, continually improving the recruiting process.
  • Provide ad hoc recruitment reports and statistics to management in an effort to assist in the planning and forecasting of recruitment needs.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

Required Skills

  • 5 years of demonstrated recruiting experience and a proven track record of self-sufficient, full life-cycle recruiting
  • Senior management recruitment experience or technical recruitment experience within the IT sector highly preferred 
  • Effective in social and digital media candidate sourcing including advanced experience in LinkedIn Recruiter & pipeline tools
  • Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent preferred
  • Successful track record of implementing talent acquisition best practices; project management experience highly preferred 
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Platform
  • Experience with iCIMS ATS a plus
  • Flexible, honest and collaborative team-player with exhibited ability to operate in a highly fluid environment
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and negotiation skills
  • Self-confident and highly organized with a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Excellent reading and written language skills (English)
