Responsibilities for Recruitment:
Actively participate in the development and implementation of a successful vision/strategy for the Talent Acquisition department. Act as a Talent Advisor with HR Business Partners, Senior Managers and other Leadership to develop proactive recruiting strategies and sourcing methods. Build talent pipelines across diverse functional areas, disciplines, and levels utilizing creative sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc., and our existing candidate database. Utilize other proven recruiting and sourcing strategies, as well as networking to fill job openings.
Solicit accurate job requirements for each position and determine effective strategies to develop candidate pipelines for those roles. Attend user group meetings and career fairs, as necessary, to build local networks and increase visibility within the local community. Perform pre-screen phone calls and interview scheduling. Facilitate candidate debriefing sessions with hiring managers and their interview team while providing recommendations on candidate selection and placement.
Craft meaningful offers and guide candidates through acceptance and transition process.
Build talent pools and pipeline candidates for future or repeat positions.
Forge strong relationships with hiring managers and partners within the business, helping you to better understand the areas in which they work. Be a driven, positive and focused Talent Acquisition ambassador as part of our world class team.Basic Requirements
