Responsibilities

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engage with Solution Sales team to define strategy for winning business in assigned accounts.

  • Be the technical lead for the account, creating a vision of the solution and value it provides.

  • Work closely with customers developing insight into their business and technical challenges.

  • Collaborate with Spirent Business Units and Sales team to develop solutions helping to solve customer pain points.

  • Support the sales team with technical presentation at multiple levels within customer organization.

  • Be the technical lead for Proof of Concepts (PoC).

  • Engage with Sales team to drive opportunities through sales process.

  • Review competitive products and provide analysis for the sales team.

  • Work with customers to determine network deployment requirements.

  • Process and maintain pertinent information in Spirent SalesForce system.
