Responsibilities
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Engage with Solution Sales team to define strategy for winning business in assigned accounts.
Be the technical lead for the account, creating a vision of the solution and value it provides.
Work closely with customers developing insight into their business and technical challenges.
Collaborate with Spirent Business Units and Sales team to develop solutions helping to solve customer pain points.
Support the sales team with technical presentation at multiple levels within customer organization.
Be the technical lead for Proof of Concepts (PoC).
Engage with Sales team to drive opportunities through sales process.
Review competitive products and provide analysis for the sales team.
Work with customers to determine network deployment requirements.
Process and maintain pertinent information in Spirent SalesForce system.
