Integrity Applications Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated space/satellite system engineering professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:
System Engineering Processes & Documentation
Space System Specialty Engineering
DoD Architecture Framework Development
Satellite or Launch Vehicle Development
DoD Space Acquisitions
This individual must possess a BS degree (graduate degreepreferred) in engineering, computer science, math or other related technical discipline
The candidate will have a minimum of 15years of experience in system engineering and DoD acquisition with at least 5 years in DoD space systems
The individual will have an understanding of programmatic activities associated with space system acquisition to include: developing and analyzing system concepts, analyzing missions and requirements, performing risk assessments and the ability to manage, oversee, guide and apply relevant DoD/USAF/SMC policy, standards and procedures
The candidate will have the ability to provide technical direction for development, design & system integration from definition to implementation while facilitating team interaction
This individual will be able to support a fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills, be a self-starter, and be able to partner with and lead various teammates to support all system engineering aspects of a program through the life-cycle from concept to disposal
Must be able to provide solutions to a variety of technical issues of varying scope and complexity associated with small to large scale satellite systems
Solid understanding of DoD acquisition life-cycle policies, processes and milestones.
Experience with USAF Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) processes, procedures & compliance documents.
Experience decomposing working system-level requirements into architecture and design requirements.
Experience generating/working with space systems architectures & key system engineering documents.
Knowledge of industry/commercial best practices for space system development.
Experience with rapid acquisition & knowledge of Space Warfighting Construct concepts.
Knowledge of Air Force chain of command and its structure/culture.
Security Requirements: Active Secret Clearance Required
