You are tactical, able to predict customers' needs and requirements, perceive potential issues, events or tasks in the short term. You also have a strategic view to implement innovative solutions for the long term. You could be collaborating with other TELUS technology teams in planning the transition of a customer one day and help develop a solution for the sales team to present to a prospect the next day. You embrace change.
Your primary focus will be to support our customers who have outsourced their IBMi systems to TELUS. You will use your vast IBMi knowledge and skills to help deliver a superior level of system availability and resiliency. Your years of experience will contribute to our culture of continuous process improvement to deliver great service to drive customer's delight to recommend TELUS services to other potential clients.
