Responsibilitiesinclude:

  • Understanding ambiguous business requirements to drive business process improvements leveraging Salesforce.com
  • Categorizing requirements to track them against larger initiatives
  • Proposing and demonstrating multiple solutions (out-of-box and custom) to achieve business goals and solve business problems
  • Taking an iterative approach to projects/initiatives through full development lifecycle
  • You'll be responsible for clearly communicating project status to key business partners throughout the development process
  • Establishing operational metrics for teams to then analyze and drive process efficiencies
  • You'll own configuration-based deployments
  • Coordinating overall release management responsibilities including creating test scenarios, conducting end-to-end UAT with full rollout plan, and finalize user-training documentation
  • Driving resolution of all issues that come up during development phase

Positionrequirements:

  • 3-5 years previous system administration experience with Salesforce.com including advanced workflows and complex configurations
  • Basic understanding of Visualforce and Apex
  • Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com data modeling
  • Experience using Salesforce.com data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector)
  • Preferredexperience writing SOQL and SOSL queries
  • Strong presenter with solid communication skills
  • You're able to work autonomously while taking a team oriented approach
  • Works well in a collaborative and consensus-oriented team environment
  • Natural customer focus and understanding of the importance of the voice of the customer
