Reporting to the Director of IT, the candidate will be responsible to ensure appropriate technical support to end users, participate in managing corporate IT assets and perform various related tasks to deployment, installation, repair and configuration of software and equipment for corporate laptops/desktops and mobile devices.

The positions will support the corporate office which consists mostly of company executives and other VIPs. The candidate must be comfortable working with executives in person or over the phone.

Details of function:

• Field requests from employees to address end-user technology issues

• Procure, provision/de-provision, and maintain local site technologies

• Maintain corporate office video conferencing system and projectors

• Administer corporate office telecommunication and mobile devices

• Perform daily checks of critical local site technologies and remediate issues if necessary

• Ensure that service related tasks are performed promptly, incidents are managed accordingly and escalated to appropriate IT functional teams when needed

• Analyze, research, propose solutions and new procedures when appropriate

• Author Standard Operating Procedures to facilitate various tasks

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

• 5+ years' experience working in support of end-user computing services with specific focus on supporting executive VP level

• Advanced understanding of client computing in the enterprise

• Experience supporting Microsoft OS and productivity software, iPhones/iPad, Dell/HP hardware

• 5+ Administering Active Directory user and computer accounts

• PC/Laptop imaging, provisioning/deprovisioning, and patching

• Administering local site backups

• Experience performing SOX control activities (Sarbanes Oxley)

• Experience working within a service desk ticketing system

EDUCATION

Degree in computer science or similar discipline or commensurate experience and /or technical certifications.
