As a Senior System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our infrastructure, ensuring its security, reliability, and performance. Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain our system infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect system integrity.
Coordinate system upgrades and changes, ensuring minimal disruption and downtime.
Perform regular system backups and ensure effective disaster recovery procedures.
Implement automation and scripting solutions to streamline administrative tasks.
Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for system enhancements.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a System Administrator, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
Proficiency in managing and maintaining Windows and Linux server environments.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), are a plus.
