Job Description

Position Summary

The Sr. Sustaining Engineer's primary function is to provide engineering support as a lead subject matter expert focused on implementing design, process and/or material changes in existing Teleflex catheter products in the commercialized life cycle. These product lines include Intra-Aortic Balloon (IAB) catheters, Pacing catheters, Thermodilution catheters, Cholangiography catheters, sheath introducers, Berman angiographic balloon catheters, and Wedge pressure catheters.

Principal Responsibilities

• Lead sustaining engineering R&D and Manufacturing type activities. This includes, but not limited to, design, process, and/or material changes. Demonstrate ability to make engineering decisions supporting the change justification. Ensure required supportive product design testing meets design controls.
