The successful candidate will be required to:
Assist clients in implementing nChannel platforms by creating implementation plans using project management tools. Create business requirement documents and define high level and detailed technical requirements. Conduct software and component testing to ensure compliance. Perform revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements. Provide training of Level 1 and 2 support engineers and consult with support team. Modify XSLT documents, create and execute SQL queries, consult with colleagues to clarify program intent, identify– problems, and suggest changes. Analyze business requirements from current customer and convert into change request and technical requirement documents. Execute change requests from minimum to moderate c#/code changes.
