About the role

This individual contributor role will be responsible for managing our supply and demand forecasting to ensure we are able to achieve our mission responsibly. This role will also be working cross functionally to ensure all Two Chairs teams across Clinical, Clinical recruiting, Business Development, Marketing and Finance are operating in lock step to manage and improve staffing, demand generation tactics, clinician utilization, and client time to care. You will also be evaluating countermeasures to ensure that the business is operating in a way that supports clinician utilization, client experience and Two Chairs Growth. We expect this role to grow into additional areas of responsibility to ensure that we are able to scale our business efficiently as we expand nationwide.

You'll be responsible for:

• Improve our forecasting methodology to ensure we grow sustainably
• Work cross functionally to ensure all teams are set up to manage our growth
• Evaluate new ways to improve flexibility in our consult and ongoing staffing model
• Support and develop new technology and data solutions to improve conversion through the client funnel
• Understand and evaluate ways to improve the time it takes for clients to get into care
• Weekly metrics reporting and setting consult clinician hiring targets
• Additional strategic operational projects to ensure we are able to efficiently scale our business

You’ll be successful if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably with experience in banking, management consulting, finance, startup workforce management or data analytics
• Excellent analytical skills, strong business intuition, and the capability to identify and synthesize insights from data
• Familiarity with forecasting and planning, and an ability to understand and communicate key variance drivers
• Autonomy in managing and effectively prioritizing across multiple concurrent work-streams with an intuition of where to leverage 80/20 thinking
• Highly polished and consistent communication skills utilized to effectively frame, contextualize, and galvanize support for organizational changes
• Demonstrated success in effectively leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple areas of the business
• Strict attention to detail and an eye for continuous improvement
• Confident, natural leadership and problem solving skills
• An ability to critically analyze and optimize processes and operation
