About the role
This individual contributor role will be responsible for managing our supply and demand forecasting to ensure we are able to achieve our mission responsibly. This role will also be working cross functionally to ensure all Two Chairs teams across Clinical, Clinical recruiting, Business Development, Marketing and Finance are operating in lock step to manage and improve staffing, demand generation tactics, clinician utilization, and client time to care. You will also be evaluating countermeasures to ensure that the business is operating in a way that supports clinician utilization, client experience and Two Chairs Growth. We expect this role to grow into additional areas of responsibility to ensure that we are able to scale our business efficiently as we expand nationwide.
