Responsible for providing technical support in the creation and the development of new medical device products (invasive and non-invasive).

Bachelor's degree REQUIRED (Mechanical Engineering preferred) plus 12+ years of related work experience with a complete understanding of specified functional area. Advanced degree preferred.

- In-depth knowledge of Solidworks 3D CAD software
- Exposure to a variety of manufacturing processes and designing for manufacturability
- Familiarity with dimensioning and tolerancing standards and experience performing tolerance analyses of complex assemblies
- Experienceworking with external vendors to obtain prototype parts and to understand their capabilities and limitations
