escription:Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) Agile Transformation Office is seeking an Agile Process coach and enterprise-level consultant to support MFC's ongoing transition towards systemic scaled Agile implementation.

In this role you will be trained as both a Scrum Master and Product Owner and have experience with SAFe (or comparable large-scale Agile Framework) implementation at an enterprise level.

Relocation: Relocation assistance is possible for this exciting position.

The Greater Orlando metropolitan area is the sixth largest metro area in the southeastern United States. The climate here is warm and sunny all year long for the most part. Orlando is home to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Florida, and SeaWorld. Orlando is also home to the second largest University in the US, the University of Central Florida (UCF). Where can you get to from Orlando? Orlando is about an hour's drive from Cocoa Beach and the "space coast" to include NASA and the Kennedy Space Center. Tampa is about 1.5 hours from Orlando. West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Experience with Agile specific Tools and Applications as well as using those tools to establish/track metrics.

Experience with Atlassian-based tools.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Agile transformation inside and outside of Lockheed Martin is preferred.
