Senior Database Administrator
We are hiring a senior level SQL DBA for a hands-on permanent position with the opportunity to lead the team if desired. The SQL Server Database Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and backup/ recovery, and directory set up for the designated database systems and applications. You will also help the development team during the design, testing, and implementation of new software initiatives for their SaaS based product platform.

7+ years experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator with strong understanding of database structures, principles and practices.
7+ years of SQL Server experience including database tuning, database management, and databasesecurity.
Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Bachelors Degreepreferred. Computer Science degree a plus.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Ability to problem solve in real time. Quick thinking skills.
Sincere desire to further technical knowledge and keep up with latest developments.
