We are seeking a key Senior Software Sales Executive who will successfully identify and close new business opportunities to increase 3DS footprint and deliver on the revenue plan by selling 3DS value and strategic vision and generating customer commitment to long-term business transformation.
Note: Internal titles for this role include the following: Senior Sales Expert, Client Executive, Senior Sales Representative, Partner Sales Manager
What will your role be?
Establish relationships at key executive levels to gain insight, influence, and affect deals
Establish relationships with 3DS account Client Executives and Brand Sales of target customers
Create the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives using all internal and external resources
Create, maintain, and communicate functional account plans targeting customer value and associated revenue opportunities
Provide an accurate forecasting for rolling quarters and year-end
Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities
Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with value-based selling to achieve revenue plan
Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes and government and local regulations, 3DS policies and ethical standards for doing business
Identify best practices based on Lessons Learned (including RCA, Analytics, Loss reviews)
Generate growth in priority areas according to Sales Initiatives defined by Brands / Industries
May extend reach to other domains/segments than primary scope (Brand disciplines / Industry segments) when relevant by involving 3DS ecosystem
Your Success Factors
Conferred Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of successful enterprise software solution sales experience
Experience in any of the following industries: Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Transportation & Mobility, Manufacturing, Energy
Effective communication and negotiation
Ability to be a team player, manage ecosystem and matrix relationships
Ability to maximize sales value
Demonstrable skill utilizing Sales Processes & CRM Tools
Fluency in English required

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
