Logitech G is searching for a new senior software product manager to help us expand our software capability. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and owning the feature sets for software associated with Logitech G. You will work together with other G product managers to develop software experiences for gaming gear, and also help create experiences that are not tied to a specific piece of hardware. You will drive development from concept to launch, working with multidisciplinary teams around the globe. You will research gamers' needs, identify market opportunities, and deliver experiences that help gamers win. You will also provide support for product messaging and marketing communication in preparation for launch. You should have a passion for PC and console gaming and well-designed hardware and software experiences.

Job responsibilities:

  • Own your products across their full lifecycle - from concept to end of life

  • Work with the portfolio manager to identify gaps and opportunities

  • Work with other product managers to understand the specific needs of their customers and unlock the potential of Logitech G gear

  • Work with global design, engineering, product management, esports, and research teams to develop key insights that will help you define new products

  • Use data analytics to understand customer needs and develop or improve product features

  • Collaborate with consumer insights, design, engineering, and project management teams to deliver the right experiences on time

  • Create, manage, and prioritize user stories within the feature backlog

  • Work with UX team to develop wireframes and other prototypes

  • Participate in user testing at multiple stages of development

  • Be an expert in your product category, including technologies, competitors, and usage model trends

  • Act as the spokesperson for your products both internally and externally

  • Work on multiple products simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic, and energetic environment

Skills and experience:

  • Be a gamer

  • 5+ years product management experience, preferably for a gaming-oriented software product line

  • Excellent creative and problem solving skills

  • Experience meeting global consumers’ needs and preferences

  • Willingness to challenge preconceived ideas - both others’ and your own - and learn new things in the process

  • Data-driven mindset with well-developed business skills

  • Ability to navigate dynamic situations and provide pragmatic solutions

  • Great storyteller who can create a clear product vision and help others to see it

  • High degree of self-motivation

  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)

  • BA or BS (or equivalent) required, MBA preferred

  • Some travel, including international, may be required
