General Responsibilities

Key Result Areas:

  1. Design and develop full stack software
  2. Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
  3. Maintain code integrity and organization
  4. Troubleshoot and debug applications
  5. Understand requirements and how they translate in application features
  6. Evaluate existing applications to re-program, update or add new features
  7. Write high quality source code to program applications
  8. Validate changes by testing programs
  9. Develop technical documents to accurately represent application design and code

Mandatory Requirements

Educational Background:

BS/BA in computer science or equivalent work experience

Professional Experience:

3+ years of software engineering/development experience


  • Understanding of web applications design principles and microservice-based architectures
  • Knowledge of NoSQL and/or relational databases such as Redis, MongoDB, SQL
  • Experience working withgraphic designers and converting designs to visual elements
  • Understanding and implementation of security and data protection
  • Highly experienced with back-end programming languages such as Python, .NET, Java
  • Proficient experience using advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS
  • Development experience for both mobile and desktop
  • Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, TFS
  • Ability to program in C# / SQL Server
  • Experience in developing data integrations and use of SSIS


  • Ability to identify problems, make decisions, create solutions and take actions
  • Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
