A bit about you...- You have deep understanding of E-commerce for SMEs and love building close relationships with key stakeholders
- You have experience in Agile Development, with specific Product Owner (or similar) experience preferred, and you are well versed in building the product strategy
- You have an understanding of the design and measurement of customer and user experience and how that comes together in the development process
- You are comfortable with being at the intersection of technology, business and Design and know how to combine the best of all three worlds

- Requires senior level experience. Responsible for design and development activities associated with software using a range of applicable technologies and programming languages to increase customer digital engagement for billing and payments.
- Sets and owns all aspects of the customer digital experience for Account Management, billing, payments and reporting leveraging a SaaS solution.
- Acts as a business systems/capability architect. Leads cross-team projects or single team projects of substantial technical complexity.
- Able to design, implement and display ownership of systems.
- Creates and analyzes requirements to develop innovative, useful software to increase customer digital engagement for billing, payments and reporting.
- Modifies existing software products to add new functions, adapt to new hardware, improve performance or enhance product usability.
- Participates in product development in all stages from planning and design to development and testing.
- Owns systems & digital capabilities.
- Engages in the growth of others via teaching and mentorship.
- Communicates clearly, transparently and prolifically to drive vision and collaboration to achieve business goals.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to coordinate action on challenges.
- SaaS solution certifications preferred, Globys knowledge desired
Education Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science or Math preferred
Experience Typically requires 5-8 years' experience with deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert in one or more of the following areas; Salesforce design/configure, ServiceNow design/configure, Digital Sales & Service, Customer Digital Identify Access Management.
