FULL-TIME – MONDAY – FRIDAY – DAYS – WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS: AS NEEDED
Bachelor’s degree obtained through a formal 4-year program and 4-5 years related IT experiencerequired. Experience in Microsoft technologies, VMWARE, Citrix, Cisco, Veritas Netbackup version 7.73 or newer and Cerner preferred. Candidate must have proven problem solving, analytical, communication and customer service skills and will be expected to work a flexible shift. Under direct supervision, responsible for day to day Tier 3 Senior Service Center support functions for all Broward Health users and physicians. Willingness to learn new skills to respond quickly to changing customer needs. Ability to lead, mentor other Tier 1 and Tier service center members, answer customer problem and inquiry calls, voice-mails and email and perform the proper competency level problem triage and resolution. Willing to be on-call and participate in projects. MCSE certification preferred or equivalent experience. Extensive enterprise backup administration and support experience a plus.
