Seeking an experienced Biophysical Characterization Scientist to develop, qualify, validate, and perform technical transfer of biophysical test methods for biosimilar monoclonal antibodies.
Candidate will utilize High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, and similar methods.
*** Perform method development for glycosylation characterization, primary structure characterization, post-translational modification, and peptide mapping.
*** Conduct method qualification and validation activities. Prepare and review method protocols and standard operating procedures.
*** Lead sample analysis for biosimilar development and stability studies, similarity assessment, and forced degradation studies.
*** Develop and execute assays and platforms in support of similarity assessments.
*** Mentor junior scientists.
Position requires 2+ years experience with Antibody, Protein, or similar entity characterization; Analytical Method Development, Qualification, & Validation; Biosimilar Development, or similar.
