Our Sr. Sales Representatives Make Things Happen Our Sr. Sales Representatives partner with industry professionals to help grow their businesses through local advertising on Houzz.com.   • Prospect new business partners (we provide leads!) across the U.S. and Canada through high volume outbound calls
  • Assess business needs of small to medium sized businesses
  • Consult with professionals on how to effectively market their business on Houzz.com
  • Successfully close Co-Op & Enterprise level sales leads
  • Management of the full sales cycle, from securing new business partnerships to facilitating a smooth onboarding process for the professional
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales expectations
  • Identify new areas of sales opportunities
  • Attend and participate in industry trade shows
  • Provide mentorship to Sales Representatives
  • Ad Hoc responsibilities as needed

At a Minimum, We’d Like You To Have…

  • At least 3+ years of prior B2B inside sales experience
  • Outbound cold-calling experience
  • Focus on selling intangibles required (i.e. advertising, financial services, business services..)

Ideally, You’ll Also Have…

  • Tech-savviness - able to cogently conduct presentations virtually using assorted platforms and troubleshoot when complications arise
  • Tenacity to exceed monthly sales objectives
  • Experience in rapid sales cycle environments selling to local or SMB
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with verifiable examples of successes
  • Articulate and persuasive verbal and written communication skills to ask the right questions and uncover needs
  • Problem solving mentality to overcome objections without hesitation
  • Ability to leverage gained knowledge to effectively negotiate and close business
  • Can-do attitude with a bias for action
