Overview

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Sales Productivity, the Staff Sales Productivity Analyst will play a key role in enhancing Sales productivity in our Accountant Sales Channel to accelerate our path of aggressive growth. She or he will be responsible for sales operations to enable the continued expansion of a Cloud business growing 40% annually.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven sales operations analyst who can define and execute a broad range of sales operations functions including sales strategy, process & technology, and reporting & analytics.  The role requires hands-on execution and an ability to work seamlessly with global, cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical and detail-oriented while also very effective working with sales leaders.  He or she is a self-starter, success-driven, and works well with a diverse team in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales teams to manage the sales process & pipeline for maximum effectiveness & efficiency
  • Ensure sales teams have appropriate reporting, dashboards, and analytics with high quality data
  • Develop and drive consistent sales process across multiple teams and sites
  • Work with sales leaders and sales ops to define technology roadmaps for sales
  • Learn from and share best practices with the global Productivity Analysts community
  • Project management and other general activities to assist Sales management and teams

Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:  

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations
  • 3+ years of recent experience with Salesforce.com (Certification a plus)
  • Prior experience in Sales a plus

 

Skills:

  • Strong reporting/analytic, data, and Excel skills; strong attention to detail
  • Expertise with Salesforce.com administration, reporting, and dashboards
  • Familiarity with Pipeline Management & Sales Forecastingprocesses
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence key stakeholders across functions
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and balanced individual who brings ‘can do’ attitude to work every day
