Here's what you'll do:
- Crush your quarterly and annual quotas
- Generate your own list of prospects and leads from the CRE industry while also managing opportunities sourced by SDRs
- Manage the entire sales cycle from opportunity to close
- Use email marketing tools, conferences and phone calls to fill up your calendar with appointments
- Contribute to the growth and direction of the sales team and the company
- Maintain a well honed process for managing your activities, pipeline and forecast with Salesforce
- Provide input to help develop the sales process and create engaging tools to capture the imagination of prospective clients
- Be prepared to travel

- You have 5+ years experience selling CRE tech or data.
- Your track record speaks for itself - you've put up BIG numbers - consistently.
- You are a hunter.
