SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will have proven sales success in general riskliability insurance, or commercial
property/casualty space. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, new client development and onboarding, as well as managing existing accounts. In this role, the Senior Sales Executive will be able to coordinate with Caring Communities underwriting team to guarantee the best policies and coverage. This position will predominantly focus on accounts in the Eastern-half of the United States.
? Build and maintain a consistent new business pipeline through targeted sales calls, meetings, and proposal generation
? Understand and present the benefits of Caring Communities business platform to potential and current clients to generate new business and build existing relationships
? Actively use CRM to monitor transactions, sales figures, and account volume, budgets, and revenues
? Utilize metrics around sales team incentive plans and develop accountability measures, and a firm understanding of the writing and execution of sales plans and forecasts
?Work with industry networks to build and expand Caring Communities? customer base via prospecting, industry events, direct mail, ecommerce marketing, etc.
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
?Experience selling B2B, insurance in commercial risk and/or property/casualty
? Strong understanding alternative risk financing and selling into non-profits
? Appropriate and active insurance licensing
? Proven success in generating new business within the insurance industry
? Independent, tenacious, and self-motivated sales acumen
? Ability to travel25-30% nationally
Business Development Manager
? Attended professional sales training courses, programs or documented, on-going professional development
? Contemporary writing skills, vocabulary and articulation of ideas to C-level corporate leadership
?Sales training: either professionally delivered or evidence of on-going personal and professional development coursework
? A competitive compensation package to with a guaranteed base in the range of $100,000-$150,000 in addition to bonuses and commissions/incentives to exceed $250,000. A full benefits package is included as well.
