The Sales Executive III through direct interaction with Specialty Markets (Multifamily PM's and Home Builders) customers or their Brokers locates, negotiates and closes commodity deals for their common areas, Landlord Agreements (MLA's) and Partner Marketing Agreements (PMA's).
These sales must meet or exceed company profit guidelines while adhering to all company and regulatory guidelines.
Achieve or exceed monthly / annual sales and gains goals through their sales efforts (pricing, contract generation, cold calling, etc) with Customers and/or their Brokers
Develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies in compliance with operational and regulatory guidelines, while meeting company growth goals and profitability objectives
Provides feedback to the Products, Pricing, Operations and P&L teams on our product mix, pricing, margins, marketing efforts, customer service and customer incentives to ensure the product suite for the channels are both competitive in the market place while meeting or exceeding profitability requirements.
Undergraduate degree in marketing or sales preferred
10 plus years of experience in sales with at least 5 years selling and/or servicing the Multi-Family or Homebuilder segments
Energy related sales experience strongly preferred
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
Closing Specialty Markets agreements that consist of.
Common Areas (Term CM and Volume)
Growing the # of residential customers thru the execution of PMA agreements
Growing the number of residential meters thru the execution of MLA agreements.
