My client are premium and global provider of Network Performance Management. Recognised by Gartner in their magic quadrant and for having a best of breed solutions. Not only have they cemented themselves as market leaders they are now taking further market and organic growth in the Network Performance Management arena but with a number of recent acquisitions have supported their continued growth and bolstered their solution set as they make significant strides into the Security arena.
The Sales Engineer will work in close partnership with the Account Manager and Regional Director to work on business and technical strategies. They will be responsible for identifying the requirement of the customer and producing a strategy to help them and secure them as a customer. They will also be responsible for identifying problems and offering solutions, providing technical support and making tactical decisions regarding the sale. This role is based in Washington D.C, Virginia or Maryland.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience within a related industry, with particular focus on understanding and interpreting technical requirements for customers. A proven record of success in a pre-sales capacity is also preferred. In addition, a Networking and Application background and knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems is also desirable. A background of working within the East Coast Territory is also required, and the ideal candidate will be based in Washington D.C, Virginia or Maryland.
