Work directly with VP of Omni-Channel Sales, Sales Director and National Account Manager(s) on key accounts (i.e. Home Depot and Lowe’s) focused on strategically important initiatives that drive the success of the Retail Business.
Analyze sales input and Point of Sale (POS) trends to identify market opportunities and threats, communicating those opportunities and threats along with sound strategic recommendations to account teams to maximize business growth.
Track and analyze sales and financial performance of promotions and advertising; create strategic promotional recommendations for the sales team to maximize Moen and customer sales dollars.
Complete structured weekly and monthly POS reports, as well as ad hoc reporting to support specific tactical asks of the Sales Account Team(s) for Omni-Channel Retail.
Maintain tracking mechanism of Moen and competitive activity (product launches / expansions, promotional activity, pricing activity, marketing activity, etc)
Master and leverage all customer accessible reporting systems and tools.
Proactively support sales strategy and tactics to deliver topline growth goals.
Provide product specifications and other Moen information to customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years of business analytics experience is required. Prior experience conducting sales analysis is preferred.
Prior experience in merchandising/retailing sales and/or a service environment is preferred
JDA space planning experience is preferred
Strong understanding of the Retail environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, ERP and reporting software such as SAP
Experience presenting data with confidence to team members, customers, and business leadership both in informal and formal presentation settings
